Who should attend the conference?
Each member organization is expected to have at least 1 representative at the Business Meeting of the Summer Conference.
Who should attend the banquet?
The banquet is an opporunity for us to celebrate our multicultural community and it’s accomplishments. The banquet is opened to any individual of our member organizations, and guests.
 I live in the area, do I have to stay in the hotel?
No. None of the activities for the Summer Conference will be held in the hotel.
Are meals provided?
Yes, certain meals will be provided during the course of our business meeting. Please the most current version of the agenda for more information.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No. Food will be ordered based on the number of people that have registered, so you must register on time. Ticket prices will increase for those who register late.
