Conference Registration: December 2011
Per Person Costs: $60 includes: conference materials, social events, and some meals
The Programming Committee is busily planning and preparing for the upcoming December Conference that is being held in conjunction with the Association of Fraternity Advisors’ Annual Meeting. The AFA Annual Meeting is being held November 30th- December 4. While attendance and registration for the AFA Annual Meeting is not required, representatives are highly encouraged to register for the Annual Meeting in addition to the NMGC Conference.
We would like to give our member organizations time and information as you plan, budget and prepare for this exciting weekend. Below you will find some helpful details. ALL member organizations are required to send at least 1 representative. However, if your organization does not plan on attending the December Conference, please let me know upon reading this email. The Programming Committee is budgeting and planning the weekend’s events based the expectation that each organization sending at least 1 representative. Failure to attend without notice will negatively impact the plans/budget. Official registration information will be coming out soon, in the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to email the Vice President at vp@nationalmgc.org.

How Much:
- Per Organization Lodging Options
$163 for 2 nights Dec. 2 & 3
Share Hotel Room: Organizations that choose this option will get be paired with another organization (each organization gets 1 Full size Bed). Organizations can indicate pairing requests if they have made arrangements with another org
OR
$265 for 2 nights Dec. 2 & 3
Organization’s Hotel Room: Organizations that choose this option will get a room with two double beds
OR
Book Own Room: Organization will secure it’s own accommodations in St. Louis
MEMBERSHIP DUES
- All member organizations shall remit annual dues to the NMGC.
- Membership dues shall be assessed by the Executive Council yearly.
SCHEDULE OF DUES AND FEES
- All annual dues shall be remitted no later than October 31st.
- A member organization that fails to remit payment by October 31st shall be assessed a ten (10%) percent late fee of the balance due. Until payment is received, the delinquent member organization shall be charged a late fee of ten (10%) percent per month of the balance due.
- A member organization that fails to remit dues by the end of the fiscal year shall be placed on suspension, in accordance with the provisions of Article V – DISCIPLINE, Section 2- Status, subsection B.
