Conference Registration: December 2011
Per Person Costs: $60 includes: conference materials, social events, and some meals
The Programming Committee is busily planning and preparing for the upcoming December Conference that is being held in conjunction with the Association of Fraternity Advisors’ Annual Meeting. The AFA Annual Meeting is being held November 30th- December 4. While attendance and registration for the AFA Annual Meeting is not required, representatives are highly encouraged to register for the Annual Meeting in addition to the NMGC Conference.
We would like to give our member organizations time and information as you plan, budget and prepare for this exciting weekend. Below you will find some helpful details. ALL member organizations are required to send at least 1 representative. However, if your organization does not plan on attending the December Conference, please let me know upon reading this email. The Programming Committee is budgeting and planning the weekend’s events based the expectation that each organization sending at least 1 representative. Failure to attend without notice will negatively impact the plans/budget. Official registration information will be coming out soon, in the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to email the Vice President at vp@nationalmgc.org.
